Please use this form to add your agency/organization as a learning team to National RTAP eLearning. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Click Submit at the very bottom of the page once you have finished.
Once you submit the form, you will be contacted within approximately 2 business days with your own account information and your team's Access Code, so you can start adding learners to your team. Please do not create an account in the meantime as we recommend waiting to create any new user accounts until you have been provided with a team Access Code.
