All transit agencies have an obligation to ensure that frontline employees, who interact with the public, have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges associated with providing services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This presentation informs employees of the best practices in protecting themselves, their customers, and their families, while continuing to provide transit services. This information is based on best practices offered by reliable transit resources and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
While this presentation was delivered as part of the NJ TransAction Conference, and there are a few references to New Jersey, the content is universal and applies to communities and transit agencies across the country.
